2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each account may only be used by one person.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free plan: limited AI conversation turns per day
• Premium monthly: $4.99/month
• Premium annual: $39.99/year
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time.
• Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

4. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Do not attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Do not use another person's account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (including AI-generated curriculum) is the property of Hana Lang. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

Hana Lang makes no guarantees regarding service availability, data loss, or learning outcomes. The service is provided "as is."
